I’m size 16-18 and trying to find knee pads that fit was ridiculously hard until I found Queen polewear. These fit like a dream and are so gorgeous- you can tell the fabric and the construction were built to last. I haven’t tested how grippy they are on a pole, but they feel promising. Being able to replace the knee pads and swap them for thinner or thicker sizes is also a really lovely user-friendly touch, will extend both the lifetime of the kneepads but also means I can adjust as needed! Can’t wait to get some in a different colour.
