I am new to pole dancing. The added grip feature really helps me to stick to the pole. At least until I have conditioned my body to do it on my own.
Either way the added protection for my knees really allows me to cut loose more and saves me from injury. The garter helps to hold them up so I recommend purchasing it with this item. Plus, it’s fashionable and won’t clash with whatever outfit you are training in. The customer service was excellent and any issues you have will be corrected.
